    Manny Chavez is not a licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.), Physician, Physical Therapist, Chiropractor, or any other licensed medical or mental health professional.

  • Physical Therapy (PT) is a licensed medical service used for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries and chronic conditions. The Chavez Method is not PT. We provide non-medical movement guidance, coaching, and education to help you understand your body's mechanics and build better habits. If you require medical treatment, diagnosis, or rehabilitation, you must consult a licensed Physical Therapist or Physician.

  • No, The Chavez Method is not designed to be a universal solution. It is a personalized coaching experience that requires commitment, self-awareness, and active participation. We specifically aim to serve individuals motivated to learn and integrate our principles for lasting change. If you are seeking a quick-fix or medical treatment, this method is not for you.

  • While we focus on safe movement principles, we cannot provide medical advice or treatment for injuries, pain, or any medical condition.

    ASSUMPTION OF RISK: If you have an existing injury, chronic pain, or any other medical condition, you assume all risk associated with participating in our coaching sessions. We require you to disclose any such conditions and consult with and receive clearance from your licensed physician prior to beginning or continuing any session with The Chavez Method. You agree that any coaching advice or suggested exercises are implemented entirely at your own discretion and risk.The guidance provided does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.   • You must immediately communicate any discomfort or pain to your coach. Your coach will guide you on how to modify or stop the movement. However, you acknowledge that any physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. The Chavez Method and its employees are not responsible for any injuries or adverse effects that may arise from your participation.

  • All sessions are booked through the Contact Form on our website, followed by personal communication (email or text). Once we determine your needs and mutual availability, you will receive confirmation and payment instructions.

  • You do not need any specialized equipment to benefit from The Chavez Method. We focus on teaching you to use your body and environment effectively. However, if you already own equipment (such as a stationary bike, foam roller, resistance bands, etc.), we can certainly incorporate it to teach proper form and maximize the benefit of what you already have.

  • We require clients to notify us of any need to cancel as soon as possible, or no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. This time is specifically reserved for you and is not double-bookable.

  • The success of The Chavez Method relies on your consistent commitment to your well-being. If there are recurrent or frequent cancellations without proper notice, we will assume you lack the necessary commitment to the program. Out of respect for the time reserved for dedicated clients, you may not be booked for future sessions. We require mutual respect for the time commitment to ensure the best possible results.
