With Balance training through the Chavez Method I will teach you tricks and exercises I’ve used to help workers, athletes and others get better on their feet and prevent injuries! We will work together and discuss your strengths and weaknesses and your habits to create a custom blueprint just for you!

You will receive a custom and personal assessment, individualized blueprint and routine with targeted exercises and precise stretches plus more!
Blueprint and routine will be logged and tracked for progress and will be sent to you post session!
Session will be over Zoom and will require video access and/or audio access!
Session are targeted to be around 20 to 40 min max
Communication will follow on how to schedule session as well as what to do prior, before a session.
Sessions come with 7 days of email and text support to ensure your questions are still respected and answered.
You can schedule sessions through communications or at the end of the virtual session.
Sessions can be purchased and scheduled in advanced to allow you can reach your goals on your schedule!
